flow" or "in The Zone". Great sports teams operate best when "in rhythm". Rhythm is the oldest and most natural means to enhance physical performance.
Total Rhythm's fitness classes have virtually no learning curve and get students "in the flow" their first session. Total Rhythm offers Beginning, Advanced and Expert Level classes.

"FEEL THE POWER OF YOUR NATURAL RHYTHM"
Class Description
Every Total Rhythm class begins with a dynamic, whole-body stretching session. Each student is then provided a standing Total Rhythm drum and led through a series of simple movements and exciting drum rhythms. The group plays
interlocking rhythms with matching and complimentary
movements that will open and awaken your natural
rhythm, AND give you a great whole-body and soul
workout.
All drums provided. Absolutely no prior experience with drums, music, or movement needed! Dress comfortably, shoes optional. Be prepared to sweat. Please read our our

Schedule for Total Rhythm Fitness Classes:
- Courthouse Athletic Club, Oakland, CA, TUESDAYS, 9:30 am - 10:30 am, $15 (includes access to heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center.)
- Hilltop YMCA, Richmond,CA, WEDNESDAYS, 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Fee is $5.50.
- Oakwood Athletic Club, Lafayette, CA, SATURDAYS, 12:30 - 1:30 pm
- Claremont Resort, Berkeley, CA, First Tuesday of each month, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
